The Fusion restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby at The Westin Warsaw hotel, with its own direct street access. It can accommodate up to 138 people. It will have you in raptures with its unusual, breathtaking show kitchen that, allows you to observe the preparation of creative dishes that are second to none in town.
The Fusion restaurant won the Warsaw Insider magazine's 'Best of Warsaw' award for the best brunch in the city in 2010.
The Fusion restaurant is among the first to have introduced fusion cuisine in Polish restaurants. The philosophy of fusion cuisine is to combine a variety of culinary traditions into one dish. The most important principle of fusion cuisine is good taste in the literal sense.
It is a unique and original cuisine which requires the chef to use his versatility in the kitchen, because he must be skilled in the world's different cuisines to combine them in surprising ways.
Fusion cuisine is also about original ways of preparing and serving food - the dish is almost a masterpiece inspired by current trends in culinary art. Our restaurant offers an extensive menu full of delicacies from around the world. It is a unique place, combining the exotic cuisine of the Far East with the elaborate dishes of the Western world, creating an unforgettable bouquet of flavours and fragrances.
The Executive Chef
Janusz Korzyński began his culinary adventure 30 years ago in his hometown of Slupsk. He is very proud of the fact that he was a chef at the age of just 19, which in those days was both a sensation and a great honour. Janusz expanded his culinary skills during trips abroad, including Germany, Hungary and north Africa.
His career began in the Starwood Sheraton Warsaw Hotel, where he held the position of Sous Chef. In 2003, together with Arthur Grajber, he opened a five-star restaurant at The Westin Warsaw Hotel.
Since 2009, together with the Sheraton and Bristol hotel's chefs, Janusz Korzyński leads a culinary blog Akademia Kulinarna (Culinary Academy), which aims to promote refined cuisine and share a passion for creating culinary works of art.

Adam Jakubowski has been creating confectionery for nearly 20 years. His passion is to combine flavours and aromas seemingly not matching each other. He loves Asia and he takes his inspiration from its culture. His motto is that ‘most important in the art of confectionery is to experiment. Without this, the world would have stopped in the same place.
Adam is a graduate of the Warsaw Agricultural University; he also took numerous courses in confectionery, including Bernt Sievert. He is best known from his passion for the design on the plate. He starts creating a dessert from sketching, then the aesthetic vision gets transformed into ingredients and this is how his famous desserts originate.
